Everything you need to know about QRDish
Each table gets a unique QR code. Customers scan it with their phone camera, which opens your digital menu. They can browse, add items to cart, and pay - all without downloading any app. The order goes directly to your kitchen dashboard.
No special hardware required! QRDish is fully cloud-based. You just need a device (tablet/laptop) for the kitchen dashboard and admin panel. Customers use their own smartphones. We provide printable QR codes for your tables.
QRDish works with most thermal receipt printers that support ESC/POS commands — the industry standard. Popular models include Epson TM-T82, TVS RP 3220, Bixolon SRP-350, and most 80mm thermal printers available in India. We also support network printers and USB printers.
Yes. Printing is optional. You can generate digital bills, mark orders as paid, and manage everything from the admin panel without any printer. If you add a printer later, just install the Print Agent and it works immediately.
Yes. You can configure your CGST and SGST rates in restaurant settings. GST is automatically calculated on every bill and printed on the receipt. The bill format is compliant with standard GST invoice requirements.
Yes. QRDish supports multiple roles — Admin, Manager, Waiter, and Kitchen Staff. Each has their own login with appropriate access. Waiters can take orders from their phones, kitchen staff see orders on the KDS, and admins manage everything from the dashboard — all simultaneously.
QRDish supports Cash, Card, UPI, and Split payments at billing. You record which method was used and it shows in your daily reports. Online payment collection via Razorpay can be enabled for QR-based customer ordering.
Yes. QRDish is built multi-tenant from the ground up. Each restaurant gets its own isolated environment — separate menu, tables, staff, orders, and billing. You can manage all your outlets from a single super admin account.
Absolutely. We use Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant. All transactions are encrypted with bank-level security. We never store sensitive card information on our servers.
Yes! You can fully customize your digital menu with your logo, colors, food images, descriptions, and categories. Add special offers, combo deals, and seasonal items anytime. Changes reflect instantly.
QRDish has offline mode for critical operations. The kitchen dashboard caches recent orders, and you can continue taking orders. Everything syncs automatically when connection is restored.
