1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRDish ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, staff, and customers.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use QRDish only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your staff uses the platform in accordance with these terms.
• Keeping your contact and billing information up to date.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into QRDish — including your menu, orders, customer details, and billing records. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You may export your data at any time by contacting support.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary service unavailability.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

QRDish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
