Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

QRDish offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features before committing to a paid plan. No charges are made during the trial period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment — Full refund, no questions asked.
  • Service outage exceeding 24 hours — Pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing error — Full refund of the incorrect charge.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations after 7 days of the billing cycle.
  • Partial months — subscriptions are billed for the full month.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Features not used during the subscription period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your registered email, restaurant name, and reason for refund. We process refunds within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Razorpay processing times may vary. For UPI payments, refunds are typically instant once approved.
